We pursue the objectives of QESI (Quality, Efficiency, Service and Innovation). Our mission is to be the customer's first choice. Our core value is trust. Our culture centers around passion for society, the team and other people. For paper bags, we set up four steps of quality control: ◆Quality checking after printing. After printing, the printed paper will be checked by QC staff to make sure the color being After die cutting, cutted paper will be checked by QC staff before moving to next step. At the end of each line, before packing into cartons, products will be ckecked by QC staff. Even at each sub-contractor, the end of each line will be our QC who is in charge of checking. After production finished, a random test of proportion ranging from 3% to 5% will be conducted. Moreover, we set up a complete procedure to control our quality by each step, and also we set up the feedback system to collect informations about our quality from customers: ◆Regular-use test: we simulate end-users use of the finished product to ensure quality. ◆Delivery test: we study the effect of transportation on the product to make sure the goods will be in good condition when being shipped. ◆Review: we collect feedback from our customer and consumer in order to make necessary changes for future productions and sales. Below is an image of our production flowchart. As you can figure out easily, our quality control is carried through each process.
Our QC department is composed of 16 professional technicians. They test and inspect every production process. Using advanced testing equipment such as spectrophotometers and strictly following inspection procedures and regulated quality standards, we make sure our final products meet our customers' standards before delivery.
